These plates are unglazed on the outside with exposed tan clay and light blue gloss on the inside. Even with the same clay and glaze, there is a slight variance in color across the plates that can be seen in the stacked photo.
All pieces are made with high-fire stoneware clay and reduction fired to cone 10.
